Why are some elements that zones attracting investment share?
There really is no simple answer to this. And if anyone tells you otherwise, be skeptical. Each investment project must be researched and due diligence should be performed based on the parameters of the project, the location, the current, market, etc. This same rule would apply to all investments in my mind.
Location is really a decision at the end of what you as an investor want to achieve, of course after analyzing and pondering all facts and circumstances. Locations are offering incentives (credits, grants, tax incentives, etc.) to attract investors.
