Since 95 percent of Puerto Rico qualifies as an OZ, how can I best find projects there to consider to invest in? Does the island have a marketplace with all projects?
Unfortunately, the island does not have a market of available projects yet. It is my understanding that several agencies and NGOs are working on building a prospectus of these projects. As of now, you may contact professionals in PR for advice and possible contacts.
