Are there any QOFs or other OZ projects dedicated to supporting Coronavirus prevention?
I’d like to invest in any funds where my investment can make a difference by helping to fund a vaccine and treatment for the Coronavirus.

I am aware of none but I am sure there are some bio-medical companies looking to locate in Opportunity Zones.
This is very noble. I am not aware of any QOFs or QOZBs dedicated to this purpose. I believe it is too soon for these enterprises to form. It would take several months to iron out the logistics, complete the legal work, and bring the entity to market.
I would say it is too soon to find any fund or business working on these except pharmaceutical companies with the infrastructure in place to be able to develop the vaccine and treatment soon.
