Kaufman joined Antonoff & Co. in 2017. He focuses on the sale of large vacant land parcels to smaller pad sites in the metro Denver area and the Front Range. He has been involved in several megadevelopments and offers advice to investors and the homebuilder industry.
Before his stint at Antonoff & Co., Kaufman worked at Dunton Commercial as a senior land specialist. He also managed the Colorado office for the Land Advisors Organization and worked as a broker for the Frederick Ross Company in the past.
Kaufman has a Bachelor of Science degree in human resource management and a Master of Business Administration degree in management information systems from Northern Arizona University.
Kaufman is a member of the Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association of Realtors (DMCAR), The Homebuilders Association and the HBA Metro Housing Coalition committee’s Executive committee; The Urban Land Institute and their Growth Outreach Committee, the National Association of Realtors and the I-76 Economic Development Imitative. He was given the Denver “Heavy Hitter” award by the DMCAR.
