Prior to joining GT, Aguirre served as a senior associate at Shulte Roth & Zabel LLP, where she worked with Fortune 500 companies, private equity and hedge funds to structure and negotiate investment transactions. She also worked as an attorney at Deutsche Bank, where she focused on risk management, compliance and other legal matters. Aguirre also obtained experience as an equity derivatives negotiator and a foreign exchange trade analyst while working at Merrill Lynch and Lehman Brothers.
Aguirre has been listed in The Legal 500 United State’s structured finance list. She is an active member of many professional communities, including the board of the Florida Alternative Investment Associations and the Minorities in Restructuring and Alternative Investments.
Aguirre holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and international business from New York University, and a Juris Doctor from Rutgers University.
