Josh Graham is a senior manager at Wipfli LLP, a national accounting firm with over 2,000 professionals working out of its 48 offices across the U.S. Graham is based in its Chicago office.
Wipfli provides a full range of services in audit and accounting, taxation and business consultation. Its clients come from a wide spectrum of industries, including agriculture, construction and real estate, financial services, technology, healthcare, insurance, manufacturing, distribution and private equity. It also advises government agencies, nonprofit organizations and private clients.
Graham leads the firm’s effort in the Chicago market. He focuses his practice on tax compliance and consultation, construction and real estate, mergers and acquisitions. He has expertise in taxation issues of flow-through entities, with extensive experience in corporate, multi-state and international taxation. Graham is well-versed in tax reforms and incentives. He advises clients on the efficient use of tax codes and tax savings opportunities. He is also a leader of the firm’s Opportunity Zone initiative.
Prior to joining Wipfli, Graham worked for BDO USA, LLP for seven years, first as a senior associate and then as a tax manager. He also served as an associate at Deloitte.
Graham is a certified public accountant. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is a member of many professional associations, including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Illinois CPA Society and the Commercial Real Estate Development Association. He writes frequently on the Opportunity Zone program and speaks at industry conventions.
