Jack Wegmann is a certified public accountant.
With more than 30 years of experience in taxation, financial analysis, transaction modeling, capital structures, valuations, emerging markets and asset management, Wegmann has performed extensive analyses to devise strategies to help clients navigate complex tax and investment situations.

Wegmann was previously a managing director at New York- based Patriarch Partners, where he structured the securitization of more than $1.8 billion of distressed bank loans. He also served as a managing director at Papillon Partners; chief investment strategist at The Americas Trust Bank; high yield, fixed income, and emerging markets portfolio manager at Grupo Financiero Popular; and manager at KPMG-US for their foreign bank, Latin America, and USVI tax practices.
Wegmann obtained his bachelor’s degree in economics with concentrations in accounting and finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He earned his master’s degree in taxation from Florida International University.
He is fluent in English and Spanish.
