About Brad Molotsky

Brad. A. Molotsky is a real estate attorney at the project development and public-private partnerships industry group of Duane Morris, an international law firm with more than 800 professionals working out of its offices in the U.S., Asia and London.

The team at Duane Morris practices in a broad spectrum of sectors, including corporate law, business reorganization and financial restructuring, employment benefits, immigration, intellectual property, real estate and litigation. The firm’s clientele spans a wide variety of industries, including consumer products and services, financial services, infrastructure, technology and media.

At Duane Morris, Molotsky focuses his practice on real estate joint ventures, commercial leasing, divestitures, mergers and acquisitions. As a co-head of the firm’s Opportunity Zones group, Molotsky brings extensive experience and consults on fund creation, fund deployment, financing and public-private partnership structuring. He is also well-versed in handling enterprise risks, internal audits, corporate social responsibilities, as well as energy efficiency and sustainability matters.

Prior to his career at Duane Morris, Molotsky served as the executive vice president and general counsel at Brandywine Realty Trust, where he handled all legal operations of the company. He also worked as an attorney at Pepper Hamilton & Scheetz.

Molotsky has received many accolades for his experience and performance in the industry, including an AV Preeminent award from the Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings.

Molotsky received his Juris Doctor and an MBA from Villanova University. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Delaware.
